Valentina Berisha

Valentina Berisha is currently the Vice President of Compensation at Two Sigma since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in compensation and analytics. Prior to this role, Valentina served as the Director of Compensation and Analytics at the National Football League (NFL) from February 2017 to August 2025, and held various positions in compensation management within the organization. Valentina's career also includes a managerial role in HR Data and Analysis at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) and significant experience at Morgan Stanley in compensation and business analytics, starting as a Summer Analyst and progressing to Manager. Valentina began her professional journey as an intern at UBS. Valentina holds a degree from Fordham University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
