Xiaolei Gao

Xiaolei Gao, CFA, has a diverse background in operations and financial services, currently serving in an operational role at Two Sigma since March 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Neuberger Berman and Optiver, where operations and middle office functions were managed respectively. Previously, Xiaolei held the role of Senior Internal Auditor at The Coca-Cola Company and worked as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, focusing on financial services. Early career experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the Carlson School of Management. Xiaolei Gao earned a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
