Derek Heeger is a seasoned professional in the field of electronic systems and technology, currently serving as Vice President at Two Six Technologies. Derek's extensive experience includes previously held positions such as Research Director and Associate Research Director at the same company, as well as Chief Technology Officer at VERFID. Derek's technical expertise was further honed as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, and as a Co-Founder of Military PC Rentals. Derek holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico School of Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
