Albert Chen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within technology-focused companies. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Two Small Fish Ventures since January 2025, Albert previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Metergy Solutions Inc. and was Chief Technology Officer at Forcen Inc., where responsibilities included leading large engineering teams and overseeing product and system architecture. With a strong background in R&D, Albert has contributed to various projects across multiple companies, including Excelitas Technologies Corp. and North (acquired by Google), focusing on the design and development of advanced optical and electronic systems.
