Christian Moor is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Leiter F&B and a member of the executive management team at Two Spice since June 2021, Christian has held various roles, including Product Development Manager at SV Group and Executive Head Chef at Two Spice AG. Previous positions include Chef de Partie at Swiss Re and Chef Saucier at ZFV-Unternehmungen, among others. Christian's educational background includes a recent CAS in Strategic Management from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland and multiple culinary certifications from Hotel & Gastro formation Weggis.
