Isabel Baumann

Isabel Baumann currently serves as a Junior HR Business Partner & Recruiter at Two Spice since May 2023. Previous experience includes an HR Assistant role at Bellevue Palace Bern from October 2021 to August 2023, and a comprehensive training period at Belvoirpark Hotelfachschule Zürich from July 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Isabel has held various positions in the hospitality sector, including Front Office roles at Hotel Schönegg and Giardino Hotels, service internship at Hospitality Visions Lake Lucerne AG, and F&B internship at Arosa Kulm Hotel & Alpin Spa. Prior to the HR field, Isabel worked at Swissport in the Lost & Found department from March 2016 to July 2018. Isabel is currently pursuing a Diploma in HR Management at NBW Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung, expected to complete in October 2024, and holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Hotelfachschule Belvoirpark and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Zurich.
