Eric Orsmond is the Head of Talent and Performance at Two Three Bird, where they focus on attracting talent, employee growth, and collaborating with leadership to enhance systems and processes. Previously, they held various roles including People Business Partner at Zutari and Aurecon, and HR Manager at LOMOLD GROUP. Eric began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at VKS Actuarial Recruitment and also served as a Research Assistant at Vincent Knight Transport Research. They are currently pursuing an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch, where they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
