Heather Swann has a diverse work experience ranging from teaching to IT business systems development. In 2002, they began working as a teacher at Baylake Pines School. In 1992, they began working as a Publicity and Promotions person at Trumpeter Records, Inc. In 2007, they became a Practice Manager at Anesthesia Healthcare Partners, Inc. In 2010, they became a Director of Managed Services, Blueprint IT Services at ABS Technology Architects. In 2014, they became an Operational Excellence - Consulting Director at Savant, Ltd. In 2015, they became an AWS MSP Auditor - ISSI/Amazon Web Services Team at ISSI (Information Security Systems International). In 2016, they became a Manager, IT Business Systems Development at Harbor Group Management. In 2018, they became the Owner of Lotus Lodge, LLC and the VP, Business Growth at Two17 Marketing. At Two17 Marketing, they are responsible for traditional marketing and online digital business solutions to help businesses reach their goals with a complete set of essential online marketing tools.

Heather Swann has a B.S. in Biology from Old Dominion University.
