Jani Pasma

Jani Pasma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2008 to 2014, Jani worked as a Process Operator at Stora Enso during the summer. In this role, they gained experience in various tasks and roles within the unit.

In 2016, Jani joined VR Transpoint and took on the position of Project Specialist for seven months. Jani then transitioned to become a Transportation Planner for a year, followed by a role as a Concept Planner. From May 2018 to April 2019, Jani served as a Project Manager, leading a development project focused on improving the quality of raw wood rail transports. Jani later became the Planning Manager, responsible for building a new planning model and tools. Finally, they worked as a Key Account Manager from October 2021 to September 2022.

More recently, Jani joined twoday Finland in September 2022 as a Senior Sales Manager in the Data & Analytics division. Jani'sresponsibilities include B2B sales and key account management, with a focus on services such as reporting, data platform, planning, advanced analytics, optimization, IoT, maintenance services, and custom apps.

Jani Pasma's education history begins with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering/Process Technology from the University of Oulu, which they obtained from 2008 to 2016. In 2014, they also pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Moreover, in 2018, Jani completed the Future of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Consortium Program at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
