Mikko Tolvanen

Mikko Tolvanen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mikko started their career as an SAP Consultant, working on projects for different customers. Mikko later moved on to work as a Project Manager and Lead Consultant, where they were responsible for managing consulting projects and coordinating operational work. In their role as a Project Lead and PMO/Senior Project Manager at Tieto, Mikko was responsible for program management, stakeholder collaboration, and driving key program operations. Mikko also worked as a Senior Customer Lead at TietoEVRY, where they led the delivery of eCom solutions for global customers. Most recently, Mikko worked at twoday Finland (previously known as Visma Consulting Oy), where they held the role of Head of Support Services and eventually transitioned to Head of Continuous Services. In this position, Mikko was responsible for setting up and leading the Support and Service Management teams while defining the operational structure. Mikko also managed the customer-facing Continuous Service portfolio. Overall, Mikko's work experience showcases their expertise in various areas such as project management, consulting, and program leadership.

From 2007 to 2011, Mikko Tolvanen attended the University of Eastern Finland, where they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing, Leadership, and Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in Lean Change Management, SAFe 4.0 Agilist, SAFe 4.0 Practitioner, and Certified ScrumMaster from different institutions including Lean Change Management Switzerland, Scaled Agile, Inc., and Scrum Alliance.
