Oskari Huiskala

Oskari Huiskala has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Oskari is currently the Head of Development, Product Creation Services at twoday Finland, where they are responsible for sales support, business development, account management, project portfolio management, principal consultancy, team leadership, and recruitment. Prior to this, they held the same position at Visma Finland, where they had similar responsibilities. Oskari also worked at Taiste, first as a Production Manager, then as an Operations Director, and finally as the Director of Hesburger Business Solutions, where they managed accounts and led projects for Hesburger's software solutions. Oskari also worked at Abomics Oy as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, focusing on product development and international market projects for clinical decision support products. Before that, Oskari worked as the Business ICT Manager at STX Finland and as a Senior Software Developer and System Analyst at Tieto, where they worked on various projects involving software development, system integration, and user interface design.

Oskari Huiskala attended Åbo Akademi University from 1997 to 2004 and obtained a M.Sc (Tech) degree in Software Engineering. Additionally, from 1998 to 1999, they attended Naval Academy (Merisotakoulu) where they pursued a degree in Reserve officer, focusing on management, teamwork, instruction, and staff.
