Kerkko Maukonen

Kerkko Maukonen has extensive experience in consulting and technical support, currently holding the position of Consultant at twoday Finland since November 2019. Prior to this role, Kerkko served as a CRM Consultant at Cloudriven Oy from August 2016 to October 2019, specializing in Dynamics CRM across various versions and managing customer operations and projects. From March 2011 to August 2016, Kerkko worked at Manpower Business Solutions Oy as a Myyntineuvottelija, providing first-line technical support for broadband and IPTV services while also focusing on customer sales. Kerkko began in social media consulting at Dingle Oy from April 2010 to July 2013, where assistance was provided to various organizations in leveraging social media platforms. Kerkko holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Science from the University of Jyväskylä and completed an Erasmus student exchange program in Information Technology and Marketing at Athens University of Economics and Business.
