Ali Fadhlani

Ali Fadhlani has a strong background in corporate governance, risk management, and business excellence. Ali began their career at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority as Deputy Manager of NOC Services before moving on to Dubai Holding, where they served as Manager of Business Excellence Programs. Ali then joined Dubai Quality Group as the Chairman of the Benchmarking subgroup. Following that, Ali worked at Jumeirah Group as the Manager of Business Excellence. Ali later joined the Securities and Commodities Authority in Abu Dhabi as the Head of the Business Excellence Section. Currently, Ali is with twofour54 Abu Dhabi - Media and Entertainment Hub, where they have filled various leadership roles, including Head of Strategy and Business Excellence and Head of Corporate Governance and Risk.

Ali Fadhlani's education history can be summarized as follows:

Ali Fadhlani obtained a Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2000 to 2002. Ali also holds a Higher National Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from the Higher Colleges of Technology, which they completed from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Ali Fadhlani has also obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified ISO 31000 Lead Implementer Trainer from PECB since November 2022, completing the Microsoft and Insead AI Business School Program from INSEAD Executive Education in September 2022, and being certified as an ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager by PECB in April 2022.

Furthermore, Ali Fadhlani is certified as a Validator by EFQM since May 2021 and has been validated by EFQM as a Validator in 2021. Ali also holds certifications such as EFQM Assessor Certified, EFQM Certified Innovation Assessor, and EFQM Certified Trainer (J2E, L4E, BAT, IAT) from EFQM.

Other certifications obtained by him include PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2020, Certified Professional Innovator from the International Association of Innovation Professionals in September 2018, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor 2 from TUV Nord in August 2017, Associate Innovation Manager level 1 from the Global Innovation Management Institute in March 2017, EFQM certified Assessor since March 2013, and Business Continuity Institute Associate member from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) since April 2016.
