Patricia Russell

Patricia Russell is an attorney with experience in estate planning and administration of estates and trusts, as well as preparing estate and gift tax returns. Patricia has worked at Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP as Of Counsel since June 2010. Prior to that, Patricia worked at Devitt, Spellman, Barrett, Callahan, Leyden & Kenney, LLP and the Internal Revenue Service as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney. Patricia holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from St. John's University.
