Eileen Edwards

Eileen Edwards has extensive leadership experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Austin Contact Center Alliance since August 2020 and as Manager of Member Services at TX Health Benefits Pool since December 2018. Previous roles include Customer Operations Leader at H-E-B, Manager of Health Plan Service Operations at Fresenius Medical Care North America, and Director of Subscriber and Member Services at Stratfor Global Intelligence, where Eileen spearheaded customer care strategies and departmental growth initiatives. Eileen has also held managerial positions at Genesis Today, Inc., Spectrum, and Sprint, with a foundational career starting at First USA Bank. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University and has completed general courses in Business Administration at Austin Community College.
