Holly Horrocks

Holly Horrocks is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Austin Contact Center Alliance, Holly has demonstrated a commitment to supporting contact center professionals in Central Texas since February 2024. As the Benefit Enrollment and Billing Manager at TX Health Benefits Pool since March 2022, exceptional skills in department operations and team engagement have been evident. Previous roles include managing human resources for Family Eldercare and serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Blue Raven Solar. Holly has experience in clinic management and patient care gained as a Clinic Manager and Medical Assistant at Ogden Clinic, as well as a Volunteer Teacher role with International Language Programs. Holding a Master's degree in Human Resources from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Weber State University, Holly exemplifies expertise in human resource practices and operational leadership.
