Jennifer Hoff

Jennifer Hoff currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TML Re since September 2021, overseeing a captive created by TML Health Benefits Pool to manage high-cost medical claims, achieving stabilization of rates and cost savings. Additionally, Jennifer has been the Executive Director of TX Health Benefits Pool since August 2018 and previously held the same title at the Political Subdivision Workers' Compensation Alliance from 2013 to 2018, focusing on operational leadership and injury recovery initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Director of Risk Management Services at the Texas Association of Counties, Independent Consultant at Health Care Risk Strategies, and Operations Manager at the Texas Association of Counties, where Jennifer managed significant self-insured employee benefits. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Director for the Texas Women's Political Caucus, advocating for women in public office. Academic qualifications include degrees in Speech Communications with a focus on Communications and Business from Sam Houston State University and Speech Communications and Engineering from Texas A&M University.
