Bernadette Schwai, PT, DPT, CPT is a highly experienced physical therapist and owner of Thrive Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC, which specializes in providing personalized in-home treatment for seniors to enhance their quality of life. With a career spanning over 25 years, Bernadette has worked as a home care physical therapist at Tx Team Rehab since 2011 and has held various roles in outpatient physical therapy, including positions at ThedaCare, Tuckey and Associates Physical Therapy, and Orthopedic and Spine Therapy.
