Kelly Uher has held a variety of roles in the finance and operations space over the past two decades. Kelly began their career in 1998 as a Financial Consultant at Sensorium Software. Kelly then joined Accenture in 1998, where they held several positions across different parts of the organization, including Finance Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2006, they joined ThoughtWorks as the Chief Operating Officer, where they were a key member of the global management team responsible for driving business to meet business outcomes and sustainable and consistent profitability and margins. Kelly was also the Group Managing Director for Latin America, leading to revenue growth of over 60% in 2017 and profitability increase of ~200%. In 2018, Kelly joined TXI as the Chief Financial Officer.
Kelly Uher attended the University of Chicago in 2013, but did not receive a degree. Kelly then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1993 to 1997, where they received a BS in Finance and a Minor in Economics, with a field of study in Accounting and Finance.
