William Phenix Grad IOSH, MIPlantE has over 31 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the Royal Air Force (RAF). Throughout their career, they held various roles and managerial positions, gaining substantial leadership and management experience. William operated in remote locations under challenging conditions, utilizing limited tools and equipment.
