Ailyn Arroyos

Ailyn Arroyos, MBA, is a Senior Business Support Analyst at PNM Resources since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ailyn worked as an Academic Advisor at LNESC from March 2021 to August 2022. Ailyn has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the UNM Anderson School of Management. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Management, Ailyn completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution in 2022.
