Seth Muller

Seth Muller, holding NMCEM, CBRM, and FEMA Level 1 - PCP certifications, has extensive experience in emergency management and business continuity. Currently serving as President and Vice President on the Board of Directors for Leadership Sandoval and as President of the Board for Haven House, Inc., Muller focuses on domestic violence services in Sandoval County. As a Business Continuity Specialist at PNM Resources, responsibilities include developing disaster recovery strategies and delivering ICS/NIMS training. Muller also holds leadership positions with the New Mexico Association of Emergency Management Professionals and the California ISO RC West Emergency Management and Business Continuity Association. Additional roles include Emergency Manager for Sandoval County, Director of Emergency Management for the County of Valencia, and Communications Coordinator for the Albuquerque Police Department’s Office of Emergency Management. An Adjunct Instructor for NIMS, ICS, and CERT trainings, Muller is dedicated to advancing community emergency preparedness and response. Seth Muller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University.
