Nick Mueller

Nick Mueller has diverse experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as a Release Analyst at PNM Resources since October 2018. Prior to this role, Nick worked at SCL Health where responsibilities included user support, hardware configuration, and network troubleshooting. Nick's experience also includes serving as a Network Operations Analyst at TSYS, focusing on transaction monitoring and file management, and providing Tier 3 support as a Technician 2 at Comcast Cable, assisting with complex service issues. Earlier work at Partech International involved providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a call center setting. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from Westwood College - Denver North.
