Rosella Maestas

Rosella (DeAnda) Maestas has a substantial career in the utility industry, currently serving as the Joint Use Senior Administrator at Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) since November 2007, and previously holding the Joint Use Administrator role at PNM Resources from November 1979 onwards. Additionally, Rosella held the position of NJUNS Chairperson and New Mexico State Board Representative at NJUNS, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Rosella's educational background includes a high school degree from Del Norte High School, completed between 1975 and 1977.
