Scott Harbaugh

Scott Harbaugh is an experienced utility professional with over four decades of expertise in the gas and electric sectors, focusing on regulated and deregulated environments. Since April 2009, Scott has served as the Associate Director of Utility Applications for Texas and New Mexico at PNM Resources, following a long tenure at Public Service Company of New Mexico since August 1979, where roles included Sr. Manager of Regulated Utilities. Scott's vast experience encompasses transmission and distribution, generation, financial systems, and customer service, while overseeing approximately 70 full-time employees and external contractors. Additionally, Scott is an enthusiast in big game hunting and trophy fishing. Scott holds a degree in Computer Based Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, and Economics from the UNM Anderson School of Management, completed between 1974 and 1979.
