Sean Pauly

Sean Pauly, MBA, currently serves as a Technical Recruiter at PNM Resources since June 2022. Previously, Sean held the position of Sr. Technical Recruiter at Akima Infrastructure Services from May 2016 to May 2022, focusing on recruiting for positions related to national security within science, technology, and engineering sectors for the Department of Energy. Sean's career began at Aerotek, where roles included Energy/Environmental and Engineering Account Manager, On-Premise Manager, and Recruiter from May 2012 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes a Sales Associate position at Sterling Jewelers and a Student Manager role at New Mexico State University, where Sean earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from 2005 to 2012. Sean completed high school at Farmington High School from 2002 to 2005.
