Sharon James has extensive experience in the energy efficiency sector, starting their career in 1994 with PNM Resources. Currently, Sharon holds the title of Manager, Energy Efficiency at Public Service Company of New Mexico, where Sharon leads the research, design, and analysis of energy efficiency programs. With a degree in Organizational Psychology from Santa Fe University of Art and Design, Sharon plays a crucial role in program goal tracking, reporting, and budget management for PNM's energy efficiency initiatives.
