Craig Henderson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Staffordshire University in 1997. Craig then pursued a Master of Arts degree in European Studies from Keele University in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained the NEBOSH National General Certificate and the IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management in 2016. Craig also obtained the IOSH Managing Safely certification and the IRCA ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification in 2015. In 2014, they completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification, and in 2012, they obtained the ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle certification.
