Craig Henderson

Craig Henderson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to risk and compliance, service delivery, and project management. Craig most recently worked at TXO as the Head of Group Risk and Compliance, where they led a major integration project and served as the primary HSEQ contact for multiple entities within the company. Prior to that, they held the same position at MMX Communications Services, where they successfully migrated management systems and served as the Accreditations Manager. Craig also worked as a Service Delivery Manager at NGA Human Resources, where they managed payroll accounts and complex projects. Craig has experience in compliance activities, including quality, environmental, and security management, from their role as Continuous Improvement Manager at Intercity Technology Ltd. Craig also has experience in service delivery and service desk management from their roles at Griffin Internet and Capgemini. Additionally, they worked as a Vendor Manager at Azzurri Communications and as a Franchise Sales team member at ChipsAway International. Craig has a strong background in ITIL processes and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

Craig Henderson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Staffordshire University in 1997. Craig then pursued a Master of Arts degree in European Studies from Keele University in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained the NEBOSH National General Certificate and the IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management in 2016. Craig also obtained the IOSH Managing Safely certification and the IRCA ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification in 2015. In 2014, they completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification, and in 2012, they obtained the ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle certification.
