Phil Miller

Philip Miller has an extensive work experience in corporate development and M&A. Philip has held positions such as M&A Director at TXO, Head of Corporate Development at Catalis Group, Director and Vice President at Acuity Advisors, and Senior Manager at GTT. Philip also worked at Interoute as part of the finance and corporate development team, leading FP&A and acquisitions. Prior to that, they worked in corporate finance at BDO UK LLP. Throughout their career, Philip has demonstrated expertise in international M&A, telecom networks, technology, and IT services.

Philip Miller completed their education history as follows:
