Luca Pezzuti

Luca Pezzuti has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Luca currently holds the position of Vice President M&A at Banca Akros. Prior to this role, Luca worked as a Manager at PwC Italy for three years, where they gained expertise in various areas including business planning and M&A transactions. Before joining PwC, they served as a Corporate Finance & M&A Associate at KPMG Italy, where they were involved in financial restructuring and providing assistance to international investors. Luca also has experience as a Co-Founder at Smatcher, a venture they established in 2013.

Luca Pezzuti completed their Bachelor's degree in Economia Aziendale at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Laurea Magistrale in Economia e Direzione delle Imprese with a major in Corporate Finance at LUISS Guido Carli University from 2013 to 2015. In 2014 to 2015, Luca also attended EDHEC Business School as part of the Erasmus program.
