Emma Platt

Emma Platt is the Head of People & Culture at TXODDS (UK) Limited, where the focus is on cultivating a progressive learning community among international talent. Prior to this role, Emma contributed to the Manhood Academy for Boys as part of the Senior Leadership Team, serving as both Events Manager and Operations Manager. Additionally, Emma held the position of Operations and HR Manager at Climate Bonds Initiative, significantly enhancing the People Function and facilitating the organization's expansion from 7 to 25 countries. Emma's career also includes a short term as Interim Operations Manager at Coin Street Community Builders. Educational qualifications comprise a BA in Interior Design from De Montfort University, a Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration from Richmond College, and a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate from The Knowledge Academy.
