Tŷ Hafan
Jodana Weekley currently serves as Event Manager at Tŷ Hafan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jodana held various positions at Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales from September 2017 to September 2023, including Commercial Hire Manager, Senior Functions Coordinator, and Venue Hire Officer. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Conference and Event Planning Manager at The St David's Hotel from January 2017 to September 2017, Event Officer at Wales Millennium Centre from January 2013 to December 2016, and Events Coordinator at Nederlander Dominion Ltd from September 2010 to January 2013, where Jodana also worked as Front of House from July 2008 to August 2010. Early career experience includes a role as Customer Service Advisor at Centrica Energy from July 2006 to July 2007. Jodana holds a Diploma in Musical Theatre from the London School of Musical Theatre (2007-2008) and a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology from Barry College (2006-2007).

Since 1999, Tŷ Hafan has been looking after life-limited children and their families, ensuring they make the most of every precious moment. Not only does Tŷ Hafan provide specialist palliative care, but we also offer a much-needed source of strength, support and short break care. We provide support to the whole family almost anywhere, whether it is at the hospice, their own home or in hospital. From diagnosis we journey with them and are there for as long as necessary. All this is completely free of charge for families in Wales that need us.
