Rocky Yeska

QC CMM Programmer Team Lead at Tyber Medical

Rocky Yeska has gained extensive work experience in the field of quality control and machining. Rocky has held various roles in different companies.

At Tyber Medical, LLC, Rocky served as the QC CMM Programmer Team Lead. In this role, they trained direct reports on inspection methods using Hexagon Global S Chrome CMM with PC-DMIS Software. Rocky also developed inspection methods for new products and set inspection priorities.

Prior to this, Rocky worked as a Quality Control Technician at Tyber Medical, LLC. Rocky was trained and proficient in programming, set-up, and operation of various inspection equipment. Rocky initiated non-conformance reports and created installation qualification protocols for new equipment.

At Aesculap Implant Systems, Inc., Rocky held multiple positions. As the Lead Quality Control Test Technician, they managed and trained all onsite test technicians. Rocky worked cross-functionally to set inspection priorities and schedules. Rocky also designed and implemented training programs for quality inspectors.

Before that, Rocky was a Quality Control Test Technician at Aesculap Implant Systems, Inc. Rocky performed inspection of medical device products using measurement instrumentation and was trained in programming and operating Zeiss Calypso O-inspect 543.

Rocky also worked as a Prototype Machinist at Aesculap Implant Systems, Inc. In this role, they contributed to the design and development of new surgical instrumentation product lines. Rocky operated wire-edm and Mazak milling centers and attended relevant training programs. Rocky also initiated manufacturing process improvements.

Earlier in their career, Rocky served as a CNC Machinist/programmer at Exigo Manufacturing Inc. Rocky was responsible for producing products following ASTM BPE standards and mentored entry-level machinists.

Rocky also worked as a CNC Machinist/programmer at Choice Precision Machine Inc. Rocky designed and ordered custom tooling and developed a training program for new hire employees. Rocky conducted first-piece inspections for other employees in the CNC department.

In the beginning, Rocky worked as a Machinist at Henry Yeska Sr. Specialty Manufacturing. Rocky manufactured reproduction automotive parts and created machining processes without drawings or specifications.

Overall, Rocky Yeska has a solid background in quality control, programming, and machining, with experience in training, managing teams, and improving processes.

Rocky Yeska enrolled in the engineering program at Northampton Community College from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Bethlehem Vocational Technical Institute and earned a certificate in machining.
