Tau Linda

Tau Linda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and data analysis. Currently serving as a Global Sales Incentive Plan Analyst for Johnson Controls, Tau is responsible for annual customer mapping, sales performance management, and quarterly sales bonus calculations for Fire Suppression Products. Prior to this role, Tau worked as a Sales Operations Analyst for Tyco, contributing to the Fire Protection Products division. Tau's career at Johnson Controls also includes the position of Data Analyst HR, specializing in HR data management for the EMEA region. Earlier experience includes an internship at Yokogawa Europe, a student assistant role at Twente University, and a knowledge management consultancy position at Berca Hardayaperkasa.
