Prior to this, Ron held dual roles as Regional Sales Manager and Custom & OEM Sales Manager at Akro-Mils, a division of Myers Industries, where responsibilities included managing sales strategies for a diverse range of polymer products and addressing storage solutions for various industries from 1993 to 2019.
