Alok Singh has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alok began their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer at IBM, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined CDAC as an MTS and remained there until 2007. Alok then moved on to Akshara Foundation where they worked as a Code Monkey from 2009 to 2010. Alok then joined Idea Device Technologies as the Head of Consulting and later became the Head of Engineering, working there from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Wobe Indonesia as a Senior Code Monkey, where they worked until 2018. Alok then joined Canonical Ltd. as a CRE and worked there until 2019. Currently, Alok is employed as a DevOps Engineer at Tyk from 2019.
Alok Singh completed their ICSE degree at St. Joseph's Boys' High School from 1988 to 1995. Alok then attended Mallaya Aditi International School from 1995 to 1997 but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during this time. Alok continued their education at the National Institute of Technology Calicut from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a B. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication.
