Carol C.

Carol C. has over 12 years of work experience, starting in 2010. Carol began their career at Cathay Pacific Airways as a Solution Lead, where they worked for nine years until 2019. In 2019, Carol joined Melco Resorts & Entertainment as a Manager, Digital Strategic Projects for a few months before transitioning to Innovation Lab Technology Pte. Ltd. as a Project Manager. In 2020, Carol joined The Hong Kong Jockey Club as a Technical Lead (Product Owner) for a year. Currently, they are working at Tyk, where they started as a Product Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Product Manager in 2023.

Carol C. holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from the same institution.
