Emma Kriskinans has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Emma started their career as a Marketing Assistant at The Brown Reference Group in 2007 and continued in the same role in 2008. In these positions, they gained experience in various areas such as research, organizing events, and liaising with stakeholders.
Emma then worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at Savills from 2009 to 2013, where they developed and implemented digital marketing campaigns for different business divisions. Emma also played a role in website content creation, SEO/PPC, social media marketing, and web analytics.
Next, they joined RBS Markets & International Banking as a Digital Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2014. Here, they managed digital marketing campaigns and content for the international wholesale banking arm. Emma also provided guidance on digital marketing solutions and best practices to colleagues across international offices.
From 2014 to 2015, Emma worked as a Marketing Advisor at Health eLiving Partnership, where they advised on marketing strategies for mobile applications focusing on mental health issues. Emma combined therapeutic techniques with gamification to increase completion rates.
Emma then joined Reading Room as a Digital Consultant in 2014 and was appointed to the Senior Management Team in 2015. Emma worked on consultancy projects involving user research, service design, and behavioral psychology on digital platforms.
In 2015, they moved to Adelphi Digital Consulting Group, initially as a Senior Digital Consultant and later as the Divisional Head of Consultancy. Emma managed a team of consultants, oversaw production and business development, and won innovative projects using Physical Web technology.
In 2017, Emma started working at Tyk as a Global Marketing Manager, responsible for harnessing the power of APIs and creating connections between businesses. Emma later became the Global Marketing Director, building a strong marketing team and securing funding for the company. In 2022, they assumed the position of VP Global Marketing at Tyk.
Throughout their career, Emma Kriskinans has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, team management, business development, and securing funding. Emma has achieved remarkable results, including high revenue generation, consistent YoY growth, and recognition as a Visionary in the Gartner MQ for Full Lifecycle API Management.
Emma Kriskinans completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English from the University of Leeds in 2008. Emma further pursued their academic aspirations by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Victorian Literature from the same university between 2008 and 2009. Displaying their versatility, Emma then went on to study Marketing at the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, where they earned a Professional Diploma in the field from 2012 to 2015.
