Jennifer Craig

Jennifer Craig has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jennifer currently works as a Visual Designer at Tyk since January 2022. Previously, from August 2019 to January 2022, they were a Content Producer at CAPITAL 4 TRAINING LIMITED, where they specialized in web design, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, animation, and motion design.

Before that, Jennifer was a Freelance Graphic Designer from June 2017 to August 2019, offering their services independently. From January 2016 to October 2016, they worked at Sky as a Technical Support Advisor, where they honed their communication skills, customer service abilities, and teamwork.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Tour Guide at Busabout, HAGGiS & Shamrocker Adventures from March 2014 to November 2015, where they developed public speaking skills, initiative, and a wealth of knowledge about various destinations. Jennifer also served as a Team Leader at Tesco from May 2007 to March 2014, showcasing their leadership capabilities.

Jennifer Craig obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Animation from the University of the West of Scotland, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate of Higher Education in Computer Games and Programming Skills at Glasgow Caledonian University from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Level 3 Content Producer with Distinction from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education in May 2021 and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in May 2019.
