Sophie Laundon

Sophie Laundon has a strong background in user experience design and product management. Sophie started their career at OCSI as a User Experience Designer, where they focused on improving the user experience for existing products and designing new products. Sophie then moved on to IBM, where they gained experience in the Internet of Things field as a User Experience Designer. Sophie also worked as a Software Designer, where they designed a new experience for the ordering, processing, and delivery of DevOps goods. Following their time at IBM, Sophie worked at JustGiving as a Senior UX Designer before joining EVRYTHNG as a User Experience Lead and later as the Director of User Experience. Their most recent role was at Tyk, where they served as the Head of Product, overseeing the development of an open-source API Gateway platform. Throughout their career, Sophie has demonstrated expertise in user experience design, product management, and creating modern and scalable solutions.

Sophie Laundon completed their A Levels in Information Technology, Psychology, and Spanish, along with 9 GCSEs at Caterham School from 2003 to 2010. Sophie then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology for E-Commerce from the University of Sussex from 2010 to 2013.
