Jorge Wong has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jorge started their career at Enmax as a Systems Analyst, coordinating the installation and deployment of applications. Jorge then moved on to Accenture Business Services for Utilities, where they served as a Call Center Technology Team Lead and later as an Environment Management Team Lead, implementing ITIL best practices and improving incident and problem management processes. At ENMAX Corporation, Jorge worked as a Service Delivery Lead, Relationship Manager, and IT Problem Manager, where they optimized IT infrastructure, reduced incidents, and promoted IT and business alignment. Jorge also worked at itSMF Canada as a Practitioner's Forum Host and Facilitator, organizing forums for problem managers to share knowledge and experiences. Jorge then joined Cenovus Energy as an IT Management Consultant, focusing on problem management process implementation and governance. Jorge later joined CGI, where they held various roles, including CGI Problem Management Lead and Director, Consulting Expert, overseeing strategy and deployment of IPC services. Currently, Jorge works as the Director of Operations at Tykans Group Inc.
