Chris Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris currently works at Tyl by NatWest as the CRM & Communications Lead. Prior to that, they worked at The Go-Ahead Group plc as an eCRM Manager, managing and supporting eCRM comms for 19 brands. At Southeastern Railway, Chris served as an eCRM Manager and later as an eCRM Executive, overseeing the email marketing programs and relaunching a customer Rewards program. Chris also has experience in HR and Recruitment at Mark Warner, as well as in Executive and Management recruitment at PSD Group. Chris started their career at TUI Travel PLC, where they worked in Overseas Resort Operations, ensuring efficient operations and enhancing the customer experience. Chris also worked as a Product Executive at Cosmos Holidays, designing new tour products and managing brochure production.

Chris Carroll attended the University of Brighton from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2012, they attended The City & Guilds of London Institute and obtained a Level 2 Diploma in Travel Services, focusing on Travel & Tourism. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels at Sir Roger Manwoods Grammar School in 2007, studying Business, History, and Politics. In 2017, Chris Carroll pursued a Prince2 Project Management certification at SPOCE.
