In 2013, they earned the ITIL v3 Operational Support & Analysis (OSA) and ITIL v3 Release, Control & Validation (RCV) certifications from OGC. Furthermore, Katherine obtained the AgilePM Foundation and AgilePM Practitioner certifications from AMPG International in 2016. Their most recent certification is in Product Management, which they attained from General Assembly in 2017.
