Louise Iberson-Hurst

Louise Iberson-Hurst has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. In their most recent role as Head Of Middle Office at Tyl by NatWest, they led and inspired a team of risk experts to assist with various aspects of risk management. Louise promoted a test-and-learn culture and drove improvements in overall Middle Office functions to achieve strategic objectives.

Prior to Tyl by NatWest, Louise held various positions at Coutts, including Director of Client Delivery, Head of Fraud Prevention and Counter Services, Executive Assistant, and Wealth Management Graduate. Louise gained experience in client delivery, fraud prevention, and executive support during their time at Coutts.

Louise started their career as an Intern at Lloyds Banking Group.

Louise Iberson-Hurst began their education at Prior Park College in Bath, where they completed their A-levels from 2006 to 2008. Louise then attended the University of York from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Economics. In 2019, Louise enrolled in The Chartered Banker Institute to earn their Associate Chartered Banker Diploma. Later, starting from 2020, they attended the London Business School to pursue an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, which they completed in 2021. Concurrently, Louise also participated in the Sustainability Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Sustainability Studies, from an unspecified start year until 2021.
