Lucy Cook

Lucy Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Lucy is currently working as a Product Owner at Tyl by NatWest since November 2022. Prior to this, Lucy worked at Barclays for 9 years, holding various roles. Lucy'smost recent role at Barclays was Head of Partner Propositions - Barclaycard Payment Solutions, where they were responsible for managing a project team, securing funding, and delivering a new digital banking and edutech proposition for youth customers. Lucy also played a key role in customer research and experience testing. Before joining Barclays, Lucy completed a Retail Development Program at Woolworths and worked as a Customer Service Advisor. Lucy then joined The Co-operative Banking Group as a Debt Management Advisor, where they excelled at proactive customer contact and helping vulnerable customers. Lucy's early career also includes working at Office Shoes as a Ladies Specialist, where they managed the ladies' department and was recognized as employee of the month. Lucy Cook began their education at Crompton House C of E School in 2001 and completed their studies there in 2008. Lucy then attended Holy Cross Sixth Form College from 2008 to 2009. Afterward, Lucy pursued higher education at Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (In-Company) between 2012 and 2015.
