Michael Parr

Michael Parr's work experience is as follows:

- From 2019 to the present, they worked at Tyl by NatWest as the Head of Second Line Credit. In this role, they were responsible for developing and growing a newly established merchant acquiring portfolio and creating credit appetite and policy for effective risk management. Michael achieved a full redesign of the credit risk appetite, developed a provisioning framework, and implemented various risk management processes and reporting systems.

- From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Haydock Finance Ltd as a Senior Underwriter.

- From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Worldpay as a Credit Risk Analyst/Underwriter. In this role, they managed the SME credit underwriting team, evaluated underwriting processes, provided oversight and sign-off for other analysts' work, and trained external stakeholders and relevant department members on risk.

- From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Barclaycard as a Business Development Executive. Michael worked with small and medium-sized businesses in the North West area, conducted the entire sales cycle from cold calling to sales completion, and consistently exceeded monthly targets.

- From 2007 to 2008, they worked at BNY Mellon as an Administration Assistant, where they assisted in tax calculations and implementation within client funds.

Michael Parr attended Cheadle Hulme School from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued their A Level education. During this time, they studied subjects such as Business Studies, Maths with Statistics, and Psychology. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, Michael enrolled at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business.
