Sinthujah Pathmanathan has a solid work history, starting in 2012 with a role as a Customer Service Advisor in Business Banking at RBS. Sinthujah then progressed to become a Team Leader, overseeing a team of 12-14 staff members and focusing on coaching and developing team members. Sinthujah also took on the role of Deputy Team Leader, where they conducted huddles and communications and analyzed MI to enhance team performance. Sinthujah later served as a Business Specialist, managing day-to-day account opening processes and discussing products and needs with small to medium enterprise customers. Sinthujah also worked in the Fulfilment team, processing escalated accounts and remediation work. In 2019, Sinthujah joined Tyl by NatWest as a Sales Manager, where they played a crucial role in commercial and private banking innovation. Recently, they transitioned to the position of Middle Office Manager.
Sinthujah Pathmanathan completed their secondary education at Moseley School Language College from 2000 to 2004. They then went on to attend Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2006 to pursue their A levels. Finally, they attended Birmingham City University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bsc (Hons) degree in Computing Business E-systems and Technology.
