Tom Guyon

Tom Guyon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tom currently serves as the Operations Planning & Support Lead at Tyl by NatWest since April 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Fiserv, where they held the position of New Business Planning Lead from July 2021 to December 2021. Before joining Fiserv, Tom worked at First Data Corporation for a significant period. At First Data Corporation, they held various roles including Operations Manager from June 2018 to July 2021, Team Manager - Merchant Acquiring & Leasing from July 2015 to June 2018, and Collections Specialist from November 2010 to July 2015. As a Collections Specialist, Tom was responsible for liaising with clients, attending client meetings, providing monthly reports, and creating incentives to improve team and individual performance in the collections department.

Tom Guyon attended South Essex College of Further and Higher Education from 2007 to 2010. Tom obtained a certification in Lean Foundation and Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy in January 2018.
