Yiannis Karpetis

Yiannis Karpetis has a diverse range of work experience in various industries.

From 2010 to 2019, they worked as a Professional Basketball Player for Niki Volou BC.

In 2017, they interned at the State Water Supply Enterprise of Volos as a Financial Analyst. During this time, they analyzed customers' invoices, implemented pricing rate tables, and played a key role in projects that led to the growth and expansion of the company.

In 2018, Yiannis joined the Greek Army as an Army Officer. In this role, they investigated reports of fraudulent transactions, provided assistance to colleagues with account questions, and supported the Financial Manager with invoice processing outside of the system.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Hermès as a Pricing and Performance Analyst. Yiannis'sresponsibilities included resolving pricing queries, supporting the Logistics and Pricing Director, and analyzing key performance indicators to identify revenue opportunities.

Beginning in 2020, Yiannis worked at Artefact as an Account Executive. Yiannis'sduties included producing strategies and deliverables for clients, creating in-depth reporting with recommendations, and developing ideas for test and learn programs.

In 2021, they joined Worldpay as a Pricing Analyst, where they contributed to pricing analysis and in-depth reports. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Pricing Analyst, continuing to excel in this role until 2023.

Currently, Yiannis is employed as a Pricing Manager at Tyl by NatWest, starting in May 2023.

Yiannis Karpetis began their education in 2014 at the University of Thessaly, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Policy and Growth. Yiannis completed this program in 2018.

In 2019, Yiannis attended Babson College, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Analytics and Risk Management. During the same year, they also earned a Certificate in SQL from freeCodeCamp and a Certificate in Risk Management from eLearning college.

Continuing their education in 2019, Yiannis acquired a Certificate in JavaScript from Codecademy. In 2020, they further expanded their skills by receiving a Certificate in HTML, again from Codecademy.

Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, Yiannis took a course at the University of Thessaly focused on Digital Payments & Business Growth.
