Melissa Rutledge

Melissa Rutledge has a diverse background in education and office management. Melissa currently serves as the Office Manager at Rutledge Excavating, Inc, while also holding positions at Tyler Hill Camp, Wayne County Fair 4-H Awards Sponsorship Program, and Tri-Gal 4-H Club. In addition, Melissa is actively involved in volunteer work at Damascus Manor United Methodist Church and Unity Grange. With a strong educational foundation from Cedar Crest College, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and University of Scranton, Melissa's expertise spans various fields including science education, family and consumer science, early childhood education, and curriculum and instruction.
